IMPORTANT: Cancellation Fee Policy
If you place an order and immediately cancel it, we retain a $25 processing fee to cover transaction costs, system processing, and administrative expenses. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
You may return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving it.
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must be attached
- Product must be in its original condition
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product on our website.
We may request photos for verification. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer:

- Complete refund

- Used, worn, or washed items
- Products without original packaging
- Items missing tags
